So... you can see an educated, thoughtful SCAMMER.
BUT.. there are who believe in him and when they do they get the 'parcel to send to you' scam story... very common and still works after years and years.
First you send $1400 then there is a problem and it needs a further $500 !
Money sent to Thailand... which means nothing... I have come across many who are picking up money and sending it on there... money-laundering.
So this is either a gang or organisation that needs to spread money around the world in order to lose it's trail.
