Well.... after it being so obvious that the woman was talking to a young man with poor English (and people) skills.... he was asked if he was African.... there was a little pause... then YES.

He agreed he was... and his name was Patrick Akhim !(Probably not ! He even sent a picture, see below...... I'm sure you will agree the twin of General Burno !

So he was asked if he was on Facebook?

No, he was in a room !!! His family is very poor and he himself is ill right now !!
