This has me furious.
In this article they call scamming a
Low Probability of Detection crime, HOW ON EARTH CAN THEY SAY THAT.
They carry out their scamming openly, many in public internet cafes and trot back and forth to Western Union and Moneygram. They flaunt their wealth openly and live very well... for an African with no job !
It is 'Low Detection' because the Police choose not to investigate... turn a blind eye.
Shame on Nigerian and Ghanaian Police... how inefficient can they be?
