I have confronted scammer bscause i don't trust people and i have to verify everything.... So i told him about my findings. He using other leople images as well Daniel Petrashover. He got still profile picture with captain on hang outs.
I could have used this information 3 weeks ago, I was scammed by this individual.

Only thing I can think of is that later he will be asking her for money or worse. I am scared and have shared all of this information with her.

I've had 2 different men claim to be him! That's what put me on alert. One is "captainmasonidama@gmail.com and uses Google Hangouts.

ReplyDeleteI just met this person through a Christian dating website calling himself Thomas Hendren. He removed his profile as soon as we connected via email. He sent pics this morning that are obviously Captain Madsen's photos. He claims to be an oil rig engineer between assignments right but possibly leaving the area next week. Haven't seen the shoe drop yet, but bet he is leading up to it. So far he claims to be the victim. Haven't confronted him yet, but it definitely sounds like the same scammer(s)! I also noticed he likes the name Thomas too. Be very careful ladies!!!

He contacted me on there, got me to download Hangouts, which I had never heard of, but people told me it was safe, and after that he started sending more pictures of Captain Thomas. He likes to be called Thomas and I am currently trying to warn as many as women as I can on there that he is a scammer! I don’t want anything happening to them as it did me.

I was contacted by him thru skype and he went by the name Thomas Lunge (? sorry I forgot the last name and I can't check on skype anymore since I blocked him immediately when I saw the picture at some other scam site. His story was that he was a Danish captain/investor and that his company Maersk had taken him to court but he didn't have money to hire a lawyer so he is representing himself. He's a widower and have an 11 yr old child. At first he kept dropping hints that he was trying to get a referral bonus at some trading site, and he kept insisting that I support him and join the site so he would get the referral bonus. His story was so inconsistent and full of holes that I didn't really take it seriously. The funny thing was that he tried to do a video call with me but I refused to show my video if he didn't have one. He showed me a pre-recorded video of tthomas lindegaard madsen and said that his net was slow because of the sea. He didn't get any "investment" from me though and I feel bad for the real Thomas Madsen and those scammed by the lowlife whoever he is. Just throwing it out there that this scammer is still active and targeting people on skype as well.

ReplyDeleteAnd yes, I would like to inform you that I also fell for this profile until 27/01/21. The fake goes by "Chuck Daniels or Chuchsy Daniels" on Instagram. He introduced himself as a captain from Scotland and that he drives a large container ship at Maersk, which is on its way to Christmas Island and travels at low speed. I then also searched Marine Traffic to find the size of the ships that call at the island. But I didn't find anything there either. For me it was a harmless friend request, which I then clicked on after some hesitation (2 days). It was also quite normal at first and we talked about general topics. I had already received several photos from you and somehow it was as if a certain magic emanated from them, so I fell in love with this photo as well. But I have to say that you are also a good looking man and the scammers use that as an opportunity to lure women. I was sceptical from the beginning, kept asking, searched the internet and looked for videos of Maersk ships where the captain was also seen, but found nothing. As I also expressed my doubts, So I was fooled. I also got a video and a picture of the Great Belt Bridge, and I knew that I knew the bridge.
And yes, I also paid, but not as much as some others. That's something to get over. The worst thing is the psychological damage that has to be dealt with. I had heard of scams before but hadn't read anything concrete about it. I would be asked if I could take a parcel for him, as his daughter was only 16 and she was not entitled to do so. A transport company Fastlink also played a role in the whole thing. I agreed to do this without thinking too much about it. The package was to include the pension as he wanted to retire. After a few days, I received information from Fastlink that the customs in London had confiscated the package and that I should redeem it with 5,500€. I refused to do this. A few days later I received a call from the prison in Stuttgart, with a band message, where they claimed that there were charges against me and whether I wanted to settle this out of court or in court. I didn't react to it and checked the phone number. It was not correct. I confronted the scammer and he said that he had nothing to do with it. I then received a photo of a passport from the scammer with the photo of Captain Lindegaard Madsen, but with the name Chuck Daniels, born 21/07/64.
Unfortunately, I let myself be beaten and trusted. Unfortunately, I also complied with small demands for money. Stupid and inconsiderate, as one is.
To cut a long story short, I only came across a video of the captain on YouTube by chance, as I wanted to watch the final of the Vendee Globe. I immediately became suspicious as your face and the voice I heard from the videos looked familiar. I immediately contacted the scammer and confronted him. Then I immediately blocked and deleted everything.
All the scamming sites I looked at and found all the photos and videos they sent me too.
Of course I am angry about my naivety. My family was right to warn me, but I didn't want to believe it or see it, despite my scepticism.
Today I am smarter! It will not happen to me again.
This is just written in broad strokes. Maybe you can find the scamming of Chuck Daniels or Chucksy Daniels and find out who the scammer is.

THE REAL THOMAS GADSEN IS STILL ALIVE AND WELL. HE HAS RETIRED BUT HAS MADE A LOT OF MISTAKES SINCE RETIREMENT. AS FAR AS HIS SO-CALLED HUSBAND HE LEFT HIM AND WENT TO THE STATES TO LIVE. MORTEN HAS A NEW PARTNER AND HE HAS MOVED AGAIN. THOMAS IS IN SOUTH KOREA AND HAS BEEN THERE FOR ABOUT 3 -4 WEEKS.. HOPE YOUR HAPPY NOW.

First he said he was just looking for a friend. Then he started coming at me telling me he fell on live with me. Which led to my suspicions. He did get me to hang out with him on hangouts but then I started to do my homework and actually called him out and when I did he try to tell me that the media is trying to sabotage his life and that he was trying to put his past life behind him. I blocked him on hangouts and got off there cause I never used it before. I also reported him on Instagram ams blocked him as well. Just a little concerned that now they will use my pictures and email address

SINCE I HAD INTERNATIONAL CALLING I CALLED CEO SKOU. HIS SEVRETARY SAID THAT THOMAS WAS IN HIS OFICE. ABOUT 40 MINUTES THOMAS EMAILED ME FOR $1500 AS HE WAS AT THE TORONTO PEARSON AIRPORT AND HE WAS ARRESTED WITH FAKE I.D. I TOLD HIM TOO BAD AND THAT I ALREADY TALK TO CEO'S SECRETARY AND HE WAS A LIAR AND A SCAMMER. WE ARE NOW FINISHED. HE DID SEND ME AN EMAIL ON 31ST OF DEC. SAYING HAPPY NEW YEAR WITH 2 HEARTS ON IT. ALSO, HE WAS TO BE HERE IN CANADA ON THE 11THE OF DEC. AND WE WOULD BE MARRIED BEFOR XMAS. SO THEN I FOUND OUT MORTEN HAD COME BACK TO HIM AND THEY ARE LIVING TOGETHER NOW. I HAD EMAILED MORTEN AND HE TOLD ME THAT THOMAS TALLKS IN HIS SLEEP. HE HEARD, OH ANDREA,, OH ANDREA....MORTEN LEFT HIM AND FOUND A NEW PARTNER IN THE STATES AND THEN MOVED TO NEW ZEALAND. NOW HE IS BACK WITH THOMAS....LMAO SO WATCH OUT FOR THOMAS LINDEGAARD MADSEN,, HE SUPPLEMENTS HIS APPROX. ONE MILLION DOLLARS A YEAR WITH SCAMMING WOMEN.
