TThe man in the pictures.. He has been used in Military romance scams for around 7-8 years.
I have never been able to find out who he is but the same pictures have been used over and over.
No new ones have ever been added to the old ones used.

This time he is in Syria ! (The US Army are not in the Damascus area of Syria).
