I have been talking to this man who claims his name is William Yepes but online was going by Sweet Bill on Google chat his email address is billsweet0001@gmail.com . He swears up and down he is William Yepes and that’s really him in the photo then I stumbled upon the scammers site and seen all those profiles ! When I mentioned that to him he said yes, people are using my photos and hacked me ! He even deleted his Facebook page claiming he was being scammed ! I told him he had to prove to me who he really was before we talk anymore ! I wanted a video so I can see his face or a photo with him holding a piece of paper with my name on it . Im still waiting for the photo

DeletePhotos are stolen, phone not 'hacked'. The FB page would have been deleted as fake but they will tell you he did it. A photo is easily made... don't even bother asking for it. A full video chat.. lasting some time with a good 2 way conversation that you can be a part of. Not 5 seconds of seeing him move and 'bad reception'.
You will wait a longn time for proof... YOU ARE NOT TALKING TO THE MAN IN THE PICTURE!
