THE PICTURES HERE WERE USED IN A SCAM IN 2102 WHERE HE WAS CALLED Daniel Wage .

HE HS BEEN USED MANY TIMES IN THE YEARS IN BETWEEN.

IT IS NOT LIKELY A SOLDIER IS SENDING OUT THE SAME PICTURES 5 YEARS LATER.

HE IS SAYING HE IS IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH A FILIPINO WOMAN. 

If she wants to marry a US Soldier she has to do certain things.

1. Interview with senior Army Officers ... In person. Arranged by the woman.
2. Security checks on her and her family members
3. Medicals. 

THIS ALL TAKES ALMOST A YEAR. Without this happening there will be no marriage. SHE DOES NOT PAY HIM FOR IT. SHE ARRANGES THIS.
