PICTURES AND VIDEO ARE STOLEN FROM THE ACCOUNTS AND YOUTUBE OF Dr Santiago, video 'calls' show him behind his desk as many of his videos are made from here. The scammers use this trick.. playing a video on a laptop, pointing a phone at it and it is accepted as real. Many will voice over it in their own voices.. however mouth obviously doesn't move to the words and poor reception is blamed. NEVER BE SCMAMED AS A RESULT OF A FAKE VIDEO CALL.
