A very heartless team of West African cyber criminals who scam using both Oil Rig and Doctor.
Sends FAKE Exxon Mobil Contract.
Says he has a lot of money, including cash he is hiding !
Lives in Maryland but of course is on his rig for months on end. (Impossible by International Law) and he is so RICH.. but of course can't get to it so needs a LOT of money sending.
HUNTING AND FINDING WIDOWS TO SCAM....
