He is getting engaged to many.. but he says the army does not let him put Engaged on his profile. He is also shy and does not like to video chat... BUT HE WILL GET ENGAGED TO YOU! 
he says everyone else is a scam and he is the real PRATT.. well I am telling you here... THIS IS NOT THE REAL PRATT !!
ANYONE BEING ROMANCED.. OR WORSE, ENGAGED TO THIS PERSON ON THESE ACCOUNTS..
