A person using this photo plus many, many more has tried to friend me, using the name James Carlos. https://www.facebook.com/james.carlos.772742 A reverse image search on some of the photos brings up several TikTok and Twitter X profiles using the name Dr Kerem Bikmaz. They are very obviously fake too.
