  1. The photo of this man is one I responded to as a friend on facebook and he went by a foreign name and said it was his nic name, but that his name is Bryan Clark. He wanted me to help him get 8 grand so he could pay to repair a broken crane on the rig that he said he was responsible for.I could not help him and on Saturday night he told me he was going to kill himself. I made a call to the coast guard and after a conversation with someone that would be able to help him if indeed he was on a rig. let me know that he is probably a scammer and make sure I do not give him any money. I blocked him and reported him on my hangout gmail.

  2. the photo of the rig worker is one of many that were shared to me. He was established on facebook with a foreign name, but told me his name was Bryan Clark and he worked on an oil rig. After chatting regularly for close to 3 months he said he was having a problem with his work and that he needed 8 grand to add to the money he had to fix a broken crane that he was responsible for, He began explaining things to me in an incomplete manner and became rude when I asked too many questions. I told him on a Friday night about 2 weeks ago that he was talking to me in a rude and angry way and he hurt my feelings. so he sent me a photo of how he sliced his thumb and it was bleeding.Right there made me think twice about continuing a friendship with him.he knew I had applied for a loan for him, which I was turned down for thank God. then last Saturday he threatened to kill himself and I knew that I had to as a human being try to get a wellness check on him. So i called the coast guard and had a conversation with a very nice man who informed me that without the phone number for his rig manager or a longitude and latitude position of the rig he would not be able to help. But he also told me that I was probably chatting with a young man from South Africa and he was a scammer. He told me what to say to my friend the next time we talked and I did follow directions and realized that yes, he was trying to scam me, he could not get any money from me, but was not willing to give up the pursuit, I told him that I could not have a relationship or a friendship with a person who did not value his own life and that I was going to block him and not talk to him any more. He kept begging me to help him and to keep talking I blocked him and it is done. I just wish I could warn the next victim he contacts. thank you for listening
