THIS ONE IS ON DATING SITES .. BUT HE TELLS YOU HE DOES NOT HAVE A FB PROFILE

First had to go bid for a contract in Nicosia Cyprus.

Then of course he got the contract and he had to go there to submit to the Turkish Ministry for approval.!

He had to purchase materials for his "project", obtain samples from it and present to the Ministry for his "permit" and "mobilization fee". Ordered $83,000 in supplies, goes Friday to obtain from customs, and is told he has to pay a total of 20% in taxes which is approx $16,446. He states he has $7,800 but needs an additional $9446

SCAMMERS DON'T KNOW REAL LIFE AND ARE ALWAYS GOING TO CUSTOMS ONLY TO FIND THEY HAVE TO PAY TAXES... which are paid at source. CONTRACTORS HAVE LARGE BUSINESSES AND THEY DON'T NEED MONEY CONTRACT TO CONTRACT.

Here in Portland Oregon, he was on the badoo.com dating site as Antonio Matteo. 52 years old. Says he was a Industrial Engineer with a very heavy Italian accent. Says he has a ex wife and 2 daughters in AZ. Kept love bombing me after just a couple days of chatting. Scheduled to meet with me for a date, then suddenly had to rush to Dubai the next morning to finish a contract or else he would not get paid.
