These are currency for scammers as they can be used in fraud and sold for many times their face value.
NEVER SEND ANYTHING.. CARDS OR MONEY TO ANYONE YOU HAVE NEVER MET IN PERSON... IT WILL ALWAYS BE FAKE !
(The woman here did know he was fake.. and when she was saying money was no object.. she knew she was sending nothing ! )
