They are using the stolen images of Dr Mark Smith.

HE WILL TELL YOU HE IS AN ENGINEER ON AN OIL RIG.. AND HE IS IN LONDON, SCOTLAND. London and Scotland are hundreds of miles apart... and you won't get an oil rig in London.

HE WILL SAY HE HAS A 16 YR OLD DAUGHTER, JENNY.

He is on his Oil Rig but he had been working in Ghana and the money was ready for him from that contract. $750,000. WILL YOU TAKE DELIVERY OF IT FOR HIM??

CAN HE SEND THE 'DIPLOMAT' (a curious African wrong use of a word they use for the person who delivers the fake box or parcel).

HE LOVES YOU... HE WANTS TO COME AND BE WITH YOU...USE THE MONEY TO BUY A BIG HOUSE AND WHATEVER YOU WANT WITH IT.. pay your bills as well. In other words, he is the answer to a prayer and problems.

Now.. once they know you don't have a lot of money, then it doesn't matter.. find it.. because of course this money is coming to end all your problems... so PAY.. PAY.. PAY.. PAY .. PAY.. AND MORE PAY.

THESE ARE EVIL... The 'Diplomat' of course gets stuck at the airport and there are fees to pay. A lot of fees.
