02/27-29 2019 - he is in Damaskus already, US army officer ��, and changed his name to Steven Dosier now on Facebook. Told long story, has excellent education, widower, looking for a kind woman, has a son, seems Tony, who is student in China, lost parents in an aircraft crash when he was 12 (��), Oh, in Hangouts (why he wanted to keep chatting there I didn't understand) his name was Patterson Steven. And this his manner to say "dear" what Africans usually use, talking to a girls��

      Yes I learned the hard way, lost $40,000 to a scammer. I Google Image Search everyone these days!!

      You know I think the days of finding love online are gone because of scammers. I am so sad they found you an made you go through this. Yes.. Google the life out of them and when you can't find them on Google, don't believe them anyway !!

    just got a friend request from someone using those pictures and the name of James Dosier Jeremy, says he from Dallas,TX and lives in Damascus, Syria, figured it was a scam!

    He contacted me yesterday, sounded like a dream but his military vernacular just didn't sit well with me and the real giveaway is when they call you "Dear". African all the way! In fact, once looking this person up on another site it is a woman whose last name is Emmanuel.....

      Dont' forget Emmanuel and even Emma are popular male names in Africa.
      That 'dear' makes me cringe .. but also laugh !!

      NOBODY that contacts you and tells you they are military are ever real. They don't do it,they are not allowed to do it and none would tell you where they are deployed.

      Has such a good education he can be in Damascus when the rest of the US Army are not there !
      Our advice is to come off Hangouts if you can. It is the worst place online for scammers and you will be scammed constantly on there. They gather their victims there to keep it easier for the. Calling you 'babe', 'honey'then they don't get names wrong, much easier for them. NOBODY real is contacting anyone else on HANGOUTS it is Scammer's Paradise .. be very careful.

    He uses also these Emails: genjohnwnicholson@hotmail.com and gen.nicholson_jr@usa.com trying to make his story real and raising the money of "his leave from the Army". I haven't been hurt but someone else could be. He mentioned some Vera will not believe when i told him i found out where he lives and am coming to him crazy by love and we will live happily together forever
