One of the most popular scams is contacting women and saying they are a Doctor.
ALL WHO TELL YOU DOCTOR ARE SCAMMERS USING STOLEN PICTURES

Often a Doctor is in a War Zone (or the scam can start with him being in an American hospital). But most often Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan or Yemen being the most popular.

They use men who are not Doctors but models and Actors so there are pictures of them dressed as Doctors.
Doctors are busy people, they do not have the time of the need to contact women.

THE UN HAS NO MEDICAL FACILITIES IN SYRIA... Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen.. NO U,N, AMERICAN DOCTORS.
Usually Doctors in War Zones have Medical Agencies or local Doctors.
Nobody.. not even the U.N. would get a woman to ask for a Doctor's Leave

Nowhere would any Doctor 'Retire' from overseas and need to PAY for that.
No Doctor would ask to send money to PAY to get him away from danger !
