Fake Banking Website used to set up an account in the name of you, the victim and the fake name they are using. Zirrattibank is the fake band used. There is a fake website with this... hosted by Whogohost.. which is a Nigerian website hosting service.
THEN ADDITIONAL FEES ARE REQUESTED TO RELEASE THE FUNDS.. money requested to be sent via MONEYGRAM to Turkey.

1.. If money had to be paid for fees on an account the money would go direct to the bank (there is no such payment as this, all scam) and NOT via MoneyGram to a named individual.
2.. The man used is well aware he is used and please do not contact him and/or accuse him of this. HIS IDENTITY HAS BEEN ABUSED AND USED IN CRIME...
