Oil rig engineer Ibrahim is a man from Turkey who has been used for ten years or more in scams. Most of the pictures you see of him are old ones.. but there are a lot round and also some photoshopped.

THIS SOUNDS LIKE A VERY ORGANISED AND INTERNATIONAL SCAMMER GANG.
They are having victims having access to bank accounts
and moving money in and out. Also saying they are paying 'Chinese suppliers'...
SUDDENLY THERE IS AN EMERGENCY WHERE THE VICTIM IS ACCUSED OF DOING SOMETHING TO ONE OF THE BANK ACCOUNT AND HE SAYS HE HAS TO FLY FROM FRANCE TO ALASKA TO SORT THIS BANK OUT.. (would never happen, there are phones ! ).
MONEY IS ASKED FOR AND USED AND WOMEN ARE TURNED INTO CRIMINAL MONEY MULES. ASKED TO OPEN BANK ACCOUNTS AND EVEN TO MONITOR AND CHECK AN EMAIL ACCOUNT.
✋✋if a story does not seem 'right' don't go for it, there are several women doing this on this scam and these are women being controlled, being separated from friends and family... ALL FOR A MAN THEY HAVE NEVER MET✋✋
