He says he HAS BEEN TO AFRICA A FEW TIMES !!!! When in the USA he lives in COLUMBUS, OHIO. HE HAS AN 'ACCENT' BECAUSE HE HAS TRAVELLED A LOT !!!!!!
He tells the story of sending his child to stay with you until he can get back to the US.... (as if you would send your child to a stranger). OF COURSE ON THE DAY THE CHILD CAN'T ARRIVE.. THERE WAS ANOTHER CHILD MISSING SO ALEX NEEDED A GUARDIAN.
He will go and get him.. JUST AS SOON AS HE HAS ENOUGH MONEY TO GO !!
