Billy is in the Army and he is deployed. They have no money and no food. They are waiting for things to come... but they aren't.. so the whole Army are having to ask friends and family to send stuff.. but... to make it easier... just send money !! He'll be fine.
He has someone in Ghana to get it for him !! Lucky that isn't it.
Aminu Fatawu is in Ghana, he is a diplomat (I love that they get that word so wrong.. AND ALL THE SCAMMERS DO GET IT WRONG !). He is there because a woman scammed Billy and Mr Aminu has heard that she is there.. so he has gone to find her !!
But if you send the money by Western Union.. he will be able to get it for Billy !!!!
I DON'T NEED TO SAY.. THE AMERICAN ARMY NEEDS NOTHING.. DOES NOT NEED A WOMAN TO SEND ANYTHING.. AND THEY ARE NOT IN GHANA.
