He is used extensively in scamming. Lots of different names.. including mostly having Shelton in them, but not all.

YOU ARE NOT SPEAKING THE MAN IN THE PICTURES. The men are innocent and victims too. 


THESE ARE SCAMMERS, SAT ON LAPTOPS, TELLING YOU LIES FOR MONEY.

      Every time someone says they are military, it is a scammer from
      West Africa with love words.

      They WILL ask for cards and/ or cash
