You will not be talking to a woman... just another African man on a laptop.
Its true its a scam pg. Tested by myself and several friends at the same time. ALL of us were asked for the iTunes card or money. CLASSIC SCAM.

iTunes cards can be used in fraud. They can be 'loaded'... topped up from other sources. So a scammer can get around $300 for every $25 of itunes credit.... so they love them...
