He is now on FB as Derek Andrew, but told me his name is Andrew Derek Jones from Colorado Springs, Co. Says he’s divorced with no children. He has mentioned that he’s running low on money for groceries because his military pay must be deposited on a trusted state/side tecipient’s credif card or checking a ct.

This guy with this sgt.photos called himself Bryan Jones Wilson. Lived in ballentine sc with his 2 sons. Wife was killed in a fatal car accident 9 years ago. After talking with him for a week wanted me to buy him a $100.00 iTunes card. (Which I didn't ). Anyway he had to go to London. Supposedly an engineer for gulf stream construction. Met him on mingle dating site.

Always a widow.. always car crash or cancer. ITunes cards are sold to fraudsters so are scammer currency. he can send that card for $100 for every $10 credit.. so nice !!

I just ran into his new fake profile. Called him Jordan Jones. This time he serves in Kabul Afghanistan as a peace keeper. I reported to facebook and they closed that profile. I don't know if they are the same people but before that I found one called himself Stephane Wayve. He uses pictures of a columbian actor Fabian Rios. That profile is still working. Facebook didnt find it as a fake one. But you can find those pictures he uses on that fake profile in the gallery of Fabian Rios.

DeleteFacebook are getting better at closing them which is good. Of course they come straight back.. but if we keep alert then we can get many more closed and disrupt them.

How about Michael Richard Jones or Richard Michael Jones. He found me on a dating site. Has a Facebook page too. Supposedly in West Africa, single father deployed in the Army as a staff sergeant. Even sent me some of the pictures you have up here.

DeletePlease, don't talk to him. Block him and ignore. They should should be shut out.. maybe then they will get the message.. nobody wants to talk to them. Chatting to 'find out more information' is just giving him scamming practice.

ReplyDeleteWow the stories they tell are more of an insult than ever. You are talking to people who have never earned a pay in their lives so they don't know what it done and how it works .... Thanks for the new name, I can't find it as it's too common a name. If you can know how to do a link (it 's under the three dots on the front of the account) we can get it reported.
