This WILL be the same scammer....last time he was a Contractor for Shell as well.

This is his story now: 

''He will say he was born in Germany, his parents were killed in a car accident when he was eight and his uncle raise him in France. 

Then he moved to the states. He later said he was raised in Russia then lived in Canada. 

Is suppose to be on a engineer with shell on a oil rigger in middle of North Altanic Ocean. 

Claims his Birthday is April 20 1960. Claims his wife and son where killed in a car accident 2 years ago and he has a 12 year old daughter in Nigerian Mission. Claims to be from Norfolk Va.''

This was his story then... 

something went wrong on the Oil Rig and he needed a new part on his oil rig to replace some valve or other. Thing is... the part had been seized by Border Patrol and they wouldn't let it get to him !! 
The customs duty is The custom duty is $3,820 and so would the woman kindly pay it and when scammer came back he would repay with interest ! 

Now.... lives are at risk, they need that part. If she could just tootle on down to Western Union and send the money to

I don't know but this is a **WARNING** stay away from this scammer whatever his story... these are VERY FREQUENTLY USED PICTURES.
