YOU WILL NEVER SEE HIM,,,,, A SOLDIER DOESN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR FOOD, FOR LEAVE, FOR MEDICAL BILLS OR FOR FLIGHTS TO YOU.
A SOLDIER CAN'T JUST MARRY A STRANGER, HE HAS TO APPLY AND YOU HAVE TO BE SECURITY CLEARED.

We try to get them closed all the time. Facebook will only close an account if it is recent. If we can get it in a few days when he is actively sending out Friend requests to women they will see that as unusual conduct and close it.. anything else they will not, we try all the time.

USING THE NAME: ROLANDO ALBERTO ......maybe in cahoots with a woman named Eva-Sibylle Kemmner............don't know for sure but got a message from her today that Dr. John Frank Luther was a well respected Dr. and she had a letter from the UN telling her this. He is either using her FB account or she is part of the Scamming. Quoting the Messenger sent today..."Dr. John Frank Luther, who is my best friend since more than 2 years, is a well respected doctor, who works as a doctor in peace keeping mission in Aleppo (Syria) for UN. I got a letter from UN, that he is one of their best physicians. I think, there is someone, who uses his good name and photo for some bad actions in Africa!"......This is a direct quote from the message this am .... including the punctuation, verbiage and spelling. I think he may be involved with this Eva-Sibylle Kemmner in her FB page there is a Roland Alberto who is her friend who looks very much like him. Keep an eye out people. He has also been on FB as an Army widower, based in Damascus, Syria from Texas who gets on FB and follows multiple types and races of women. BE CAREFUL he may be looking for more than money.
