It concerns troops deployed to Nigeria. In February 2016 the US Government TALKED of deploying a very small number of troops to help the Nigerian army fight Boko Haram.
BUT... ''The deployment WOULD (not there yet) be an advise-and-assist mission and WOULD NOT involve U.S. troops in direct combat with the extremist group''
No patrols.. no night duties.. no fighting.. I think they are training only.
NOW.. NOTICE.. talking of. They aren't there yet.

IF HE SAYS HE HAS BEEN THERE SOME TIME... HE IS LYING.
IF HE SAYS HE HAS BEEN SENT ON AN EMERGENCY DEPLOYMENT...HE IS LYING.
