In the middle we had an in depth conversation about the Creation which was weird !!! I don't like the way scammers quote God all the time.. so go against them on that and they don't like it.. this one lectured me !

This is a bit of both.... he is romancing then trying to get you to invest.... it's worrying because he can then ask for a larger amount of money from you..... this scammer isn't asking for $100 for food....

Personally I don't like him, arrogant... smooth but pushed his English isn't good. However an English speaker wouldn't know that.
