He just left Jacksonville base to go to Africa and lately he’s been asking me for money for an American Express card so he could still text me .

Oh he told me that he was top secret and I could not go to the Jacksonville based even see him.

Well this guy told me his parents died in a car wreck and his wife cheated on him with another guy?

Then he asked me to contact a lawyer and pay the lawyer so he would not get deployed to Africa.

And he got very very mad when I would not send him money or a card from American Express that started out with four numbers it had to be the phone numbers.

so interesting....and so scary!! Thank you sooooo very much for responding and providing me with that vital info...I feel like I can relax now that I know their modus operandi is to ask for money directly. I’m so glad your Site/Organization exists!! It looked like the last time someone had posted info about him was Sept 2018, so I wasn't counting on getting a response. I have a little more info thank I think/hope might help --

I had tried to google his name in connection with any info he had told me about where he'd lived or his professions and came up with nothing and I even plugged his cell # into Spokeo and what came up was obviously inaccurate. This particular guy is using the cell# 541-652-8282 and Spokeo located that number as a land line in Portland, Oregon associated with a 65 year old women.
