  7. I reported this scam account to FB and they refused to take it down! This is what FB told me:

"We didn’t remove Eric Hill’s profile. Jim, our technology reviewed your report against our Community Standards. Ultimately, we decided not to take the profile down. We take action on profiles that pose a danger to other people or are harmful to the community. If there's something specific on this profile that you think we should review (example: a photo), please report the content itself.
Thanks again for helping us keep Facebook safe and welcoming for everyone."

    Can you believe that?

    1. He wrote to me too exactly same day as he wrote to you, he said he liked my post and would like me to send him a friend request, and that he was in the military and was deployed in Iran and a widow, what a fool, if he thought I believed any of that crap I am married to police officer that works doing undercover work so I am well versed in detecting fraudsters and fakes, of course I blocked him and after googled him and found your page, HA!!! just as I thought, a FAKE.

    2. It's called lovebombing but it is so ridiculous it should be joke bombing!

  12. ANYONE that claims to be Military is never real. As a stranger to them they will never
tell you where they are deployed
They do not do it. Real men do NOT go looking on social media to contact women.
Every time someone says they are Military in the United States or in a war zone , it is a scammer from
    West Africa with love words.
NEVER AGREE TO GO TO HANGOUTS,WHATSAPP OR ANY OTHER CHAT APP.
They WILL ask for cards and/ or cash
    NEVER SEND

    1. Shows the ignorance of the stupid scammer.
The US Army are not in Damascus. The Embassy closed and the small contingent of US Miliatry are in Al Tanf Military Base but they are constantly training and assisting, they are not online hunting for women... nor need money.

But a scammer never let's the truth get in the way of a good scam!
