DeleteThe answer sounds counter intuitive but BLOCK.. and NEVER EVER TALK TO THEM. They want money, they will have plenty who will send it they won't spend a long time on you.
Never reply to them. They go on attention. Any attention ! They will keep going even telling them not to, they see that as still having your attention !
