His story is the common one of having to apply for Leave (of course and pay). He even sends an official (well for that I mean fake and not good at all) document !!!! A boy with some imagination here !
Once they get you to pay to apply for leave, you then get dragged into all sorts of other payments as well. It can cost $thousands... and of course you never see your soldier boy !
