(the red flags in this were placed by me as markers of showing it's a scam.The victim knew and no money was sent. .. )

AND ONE VICTIM'S EXPERIENCE ON INSTAGRAM
Started on IG, I believe not there at the moment.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
One afternoon I was on instagram and I noticed I had several followers I didn't know.
One was a man by the name of Bryan Anthony. He sent me a message and told me I was beautiful and asked if I wanted to be his friend.
He looked older, somewhat attractive, not my usual type but ok. So I said ok. We chatted a bit through instagram.🚩 He said he was a UN Doctor working as a consultant for the US Army in Syria.
🚩He heard from a colleague that he could meet his soulmate on instagram and that he thought I was beautiful again. I thanked him for his service and kind of used an excuse I was busy just to kind of think over the whole thing. I sent him on his merry way.
The following day, he sent another message. πŸš©Asking me to join google hangouts because his base was forbidden to use instagram or Facebook.
I told him I didn't know what that was. He showed me. Long story short, I joined hangouts and was chatting with him on that.
🚩He said he lost his wife and daughter in a car accident in Sudan ten years ago. His son was 18 and was going to SUNY NY, he was originally from Georgia but had lived in Houston and hadn't been home since his wife died.
Bryan seemed very sweet. DR Bryan was taking up lots of time, messages Morning,noon and night.
He was very clever about times, for they matched up with Syria when I asked him.
So evidently there were red flags by some of the things he was saying but he was extremely attentive, so I ignored them. Very unlike me.
🚩🚩He sent me these romantic poems and love notes that were like nothing I ever received from any man ever.
🚩He spoke once about a vacation certificate he needed about 3 weeks into it. It threw up a big flag for me.
The other thing I noticed was every other weekend or so he said there were security checks so I would get almost ghosted for a few days and then he was upset after the third time when I didn't send him a message to check on him.
🚩He always asked me what I had to eat which I found odd, he mentioned some things that lined up with him being a Doctor but as time went on I noticed more and more red flags.
We were discussing his life and he told me he did his residency at a General Hospital in Ma around the exact same time I worked there. Normally such a coincidence would make for a pretty lengthy conversation but he didn't even reply with a really?? He didn't say anything about that fact. I found it odd. I challenged this and he said he had lots on his mind.
He then said he wasn't himself because he just wanted to be with me.
🚩He said he needed a sponsor to apply for a vacation certificate, and he really wanted me to be his partner so I could email the UN and apply for this certificate so he could come home and visit me. I replied that I thought it was absolutely crazy and made no sense.
🚩He said he loved me and wanted to take care of me. Not to worry about my bills, he would take care of everything when he was home. We would go car shopping, I told him I had a vehicle I just purchased I was happy with.
🚩He said he wanted to send me something. I did give him my address and about 4 days later he sent me a Waterford Crystal Rose from 1-800 flowers.
He said he was Benedict Holbert Tyler. He about two days after asking me for my address gave me the info for the UN vacation certificate, which was not at UN I know of, it was πŸš© unitednationsvacation108336@yahoo.com. I literally flipped out telling him it was a bogus email address.
We had words, then I got the rose and I thanked him. He said he was heartbroken, I think I told him I wanted to end it.
We chatted back and forth for a day or so. I replied to the UN email just where it would lead me and what they would ask for. At this point as much as I was kind of infatuated with him, I knew in my heart it was a scam.
🚩I then received an email back from the "UN", telling me to send $2200 to a UN agent Tiffany Cedano in Tampa, FL.
I googled her and there was a picture with her address of her arrest record. So I lost it with Bryan.
He attempted to convince me she was a UN agent and I basically cut him off.
I didn't here from him for about 4 days and I didn't check to see where he was. When he messaged me and I told him I wasn't sending money to this woman with an arrest record in Florida, he got all defensive and said some negative things to me.
The next day I told him it was over and I was done in a very graceful manner.
He replied ok he would leave me alone but he loved me and would never lie to me and he would be there if I changed my mind. That all happened about a week and a half ago. I've included pictures of him, only one I could find on a romance scam website using tineye to reverse search. I've included these. He is the man with the white coat and blue suit and there is a headshot of him.
