Hello everyone, I came to register my Historia here too, until yesterday I had a contact with Simon Andersen who also used the photos of Juan. To sum it all up, it started with sharing and our life stories, all very tragic on his part, he said he was divorced because he had caught his wife cheating on him with his best friend and used his money on drugs, anyway ... He was said to have gone to Syria on a peace mission. In the course of the conversation, the camp was a terrorist attack and they ended up bombing the houses, including the food. As he could not speak to his son Frank's nanny to send the money to the pilot to take the supplements then came the request, started with 500 dollars, as I said he had not lowered to 200 because he would come back in January and that money would give to cover the supplements until his return. People were most impressed and we did two videoconferences and the guy was very similar to Juan, Jesus I believed and went to make the deposit. People like God is bigger, the transfer ended up not working, so it popped in my head and I went to research and I came to you. Thank God and you guys that the transfer did not work out. I have the data including the ID card of the person I was going to do the transfer, if you wish I can pass later. And that was my story.

I had some guy name Mason Avalos hit me up and got me and now i have some one named Rob Avalos hitting me up and i don't know if its the real one because he seems pretty much the real to me but i'm not sure. I know I'm going to call the navy

TO ME CONTACT ME A FEW DAYS (SATURDAY, JULY 14, 2018), A MAN WITH THESE IMAGENS, HE CALLS HIMSELF MICHAEL AVALOS JOHANSON, SAYS TO BE IN AFGHANISTAN SERVICE AND BELONGS TO US NAVY, WITH TWO CHILDREN LIVING IN PENSYLVANIA WITH HIS SISTER AND THAT IS DIVORCED, THAT I FIND ANOTHER TO HIS WIFE.

He is now going by Michael Juan avalos.

Bryan Victor Avalos on Google Hangout, Bryan Avalos Keith on FB. Talked to him for a month when I caught on to his game. Story of dead wife of cancer, son James who is 7 in the NAVY in South Africa, but lives in Dallas. Started asking for money because he left for his deployment without his wallet and needed money for food ect.. Just stopped talking to this scammer last night.

He used the name Martin B.Avalos with me, claimed his son is David & daughter Alicia. Told me he's in the US Navy, living in CA but from TX. Like others claimed he wanted to meet me. No money sent on my part. What is wrong with people?!

I met this guy on Meet Me claiming he's in love with me stationed in Turkey in the U.S. Navy going by Juan Avalos Ryan or Ryan Avalos or Juan Avalos Ryan asking for money to get him home claiming he'd get an inheritance of $850,000 when he got home and would pay me back. Said he was going to marry when he got home, buy me a car, pay off my debts and also asked for an iPhone 7.
Scammed me into sending $30 in iTunes cards but kept asking for $50. Claims his son is Alex and dog is Max.

  1. Thank you and I am glad he got no more. Yes the large money coming to them is a common scam.
Always beware them mentioning Turkey, when they get money sent there is is usually terrorist fundraisers. .... it's easy for them to make a lot of money this way.

No soldier is online contacting women. They are ALL fake.. and none needs an iTunes card .. these are sold at high prices as they can be used in fraud.

    Thanks for all the information.

  2. Whoever he is, he's a scumbag! Contacted me claiming to be Special forces in the Army! Asked for ITunes cards then said he wanted to marry me but would need money so he could 'come to me'. I never sent anything, too many red flags but it's sad to know others have fallen for the lies. I feel bad for whoever the real person is in the pics he's using!

  4. Well I was contacted on Badoo by a guy named James Avalos I did my research and well it was quite a surprise and you are right this person is still at it but what he doesn't know is I'm playing the same game he's only getting a little piece of his own medicine LOL these people really need to be stopped he's on Badoo as James Avalos and I also found out he has 29 Facebooks

    1. You know.. you are playing his game OK.. and right into his hands. No, he doesn't have 29 Facebooks and many dating sites... these pictures are used by hundreds of scammers.
Also... they never get nothing. You might be unwittingly telling them all sorts. How you live, how you talk. Practice with English...

Yes.. these people need to be stopped and they will only stop when nobody speaks to them. Right now yours is getting good experience and thinking, well, I'm encouraged to keep trying, I'm learning a lot here.

The only way to stop them is letting their fingers fall silent. You are not playing his game.. you are helping him play his game a little better.

    1. I do know it but who the real name is of the real man is unimportant. He knows he is being used and can do nothing about it and the Army are aware and they know it is not him doing it.
These pictures are bait. A worm on a hook on a fishing line. They have never had any involvement in the scam. They shouldn't have any involvement at all after it.

    2. I did my research as well. His real name is Juan Avalos. He was previously stationed at the US Navy base in Japan. There was an article on the Navy Base website that there is really Juan Avalos. The real guy gave a speech about the importance of the Hispanic people (correct me if I'm wrong 'cause I kinda forgot all of the details about that article).

Anyways, there's someone using this picture on a Gay Dating App called Surge. I was naive and gave him gift cards. At first, I didn't saw the signs that he was not a real guy since the person I was chatting with was really convincing and had his story well written out. Told me that his mom had a cancer and he is the only one left with her. This guy even called me on my phone just to assure that I will believe all the lies he was telling me. Sadly, I became one of his victims. I figured out that he was fake when I google reversed his image and saw this article.

To everyone out there, always be skeptical. Google Reverse the image of the person you are chatting with to see if you're hitting up the real guy or not.

  8. Well...as of December 2, 2017, I was approached by this guy on Instagram using the name of Bryan Avalos who was recently deployed to Japan and who is born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. He says he is a divorced father in the Military with an 8 yr old son named Kyle. He has no siblings and both of his parents supposedly died in a plane crash 15 yrs ago. He is posting the same photos shown here and even some with his "son??" We talk/texted for sometime and then had me add him to the Hangouts App. He now says he loves me...that I am his soulmate and that he would never turn me. Please...whoever is reading this..please be aware that he is charming and convincing!! However...red flags went up pretty quick once he started insisting on trusting him and how he is unable to come home for Xmas. He has no money for passport back to U.S. from Japan. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!! THIS IS NOT A JOKE...HE "IS" A SCANNER!! HE HAS YET TO OUTRIGHT ASK ME FOR ANY MONEY BUT I'M SURE THAT'S NEXT. THANK YOU AND I HOPE THAT SOMEONE CAN STOP HIM!!!!!

However.. is that ever going to happen.
ANYONE USING THESE PICTURES IS A SCAMMER.. BECAUSE THE MAN IN THE PICTURES HAS HAD HIS ENTIRE LIFE STOLEN TO BE USED LIKE THIS.
Do you have a username for the IG account as there are so many in that name and I can't find the one using his picture.

Same pictures and never much variety in the sob story.
DON'T PANDER TO THEM AND GO ONTO HANGOUTS.
IT CAN BE STOPPED.. BY THEM GETTING SILENCE.

If you get me that username I can get it removed.

  9. This same person contacted me on Instagram 3 or 4 day ago. We have only been talking about that long. He's told me stories about his wife and how he lost her to cancer. That he has a 14 year old son. He said he lives in Michigan State but currently stationed in Afghanistan. He was already talking about getting married and having kids. I did a bit of research and I could find anything till I found this site this evening. He went by the name Groffen Avalos. A navy captain, a God fearing man. He got upset because I didn't personally send him a picture of my daughter, but then later said it's ok. I already saw her on your pictures. Now, that pist me off. I hope that the person who is doing this will eventually get caught. I never sent him anything, because I bluntly told him, I don't care if your in the service. I will never send you anything even if you ask nicely. I guess he got upset with that as well. I really don't care . These people, trying to scam innocent people out of money, or Whatever they can get.

  10. Forgive the wrong English, I'm Brazilian. I began to follow the page of the United States Army in instagram and then a man named Catlin Eagleman sent me a message saying he was deployed in Syria for a peace mission. He asked for $ 70 to pay his son's school fees, saying his mother was dead. Then a man named Scott James Avalos, the same as the photo, also sent me a message and we talked, he said he was deployed in the country of Chad for peace mission. Added me on the whatsapp messaging app, but I mistrusted and blocked both profiles.
So now a third man also contacted me by the instagram, called Allen Bradon, claiming to be from the US Army. Very beautiful.
I told him about Scott and he said that this man died in the last West African war that I had spoken to with terrorists. But I suspected that Allen Bradon could also be a terrorist and I blocked it.

  12. Going by Chris Avalos. He sent me a bogus email snipped saying he was approved for an iPhone X. He said he needed my help to get the phone and he will need my address and carrier. I told him no. He was supposedly in love with me. He even offered to put me and my kids under his military medical insurance. He was claiming to be a sugar daddy. I have him a speech about how he should tone down with that and just let women love him for him. Funny because we only talk on kik. I’m sure glad I looked him up. It just didn’t seem right. On and he’s deployed in Nigeria where he and his partner were ambushed and he was shot in the foot! Even sent me a pic of a split foot. First red flag was when he said he needed iTunes gift cards to get a phone? I was like Wth do u need that? He wasn’t asking me but telling me that’s how he was going to get services. First time he asked me for anything was my address and carrier. He didn’t use the story about a dying ex. But an ex who is milking him. Lol ay. He’s quite the talker. He hasn’t caught on that I know yet. Well let’s see..: ladies. Be careful

    1. Soldiers on deployment do not beg women to get them home ! They go out as a unit and come back as a unit and no soldier can leave his duty .. there is a lot of video for him stolen too.
Young Billgate sounds more like the real name of the Nigerian you have been talking to !

NOBODY that contacts you and tells you they are military are real.

They are not allowed to contact strangers, they have no need to and they don't do it. They are NOT allowed to tell a stranger where they are.

ANY contact claiming MILITARY is a scammer from WEST AFRICA.

  36. As of 4/20/21 he now goes by Benjamin Avalos, he is still using the Navy Chief's pictures and asking for money and gift cards. He now also uses reddit, which is where we met. He tried to get a Sephora or Target gift card out of me, but got nothing, except a few pictures of what I look like which has me very concerned. He is also going by the name Arianna as well. Something just did not feel right and I started asking questions, he gave out way too much information about his team and what he was doing and what happened on the daily with him, he was very good at what he was doing and got me to talk to him for a week. I was able to get his " military" email as Ben Avalos, I reported him to the guy whose pictures he is stealing who is in the Navy and high ranking an to Reddit. I just wished I wouldn't have wasted my time or shared any pictures of my face with him/ them. What they are doing is just wrong beyond belief. If they have gotten to you, just know that you are not alone, You are not stupid or dumb, they are very good at what they are doing.
