DeleteI'm speaking with him on hangouts. He's already asked me for money and originally met him on Tinder. He claims to be in special black ops and he lives in Ohio with a daughter. He's going by West Johnson. He video chatted with me one time for 2 seconds. It was the person in the pics, but it seemed dubbed. Don't know how they obtained these videos, but he's always wanting a pic of me. I think these people try to obtain mass pics of one person and try to use your pics later as you. Don't send him pics.

The video is played on a laptop and filmed on a phone. You see the man move and see him speak.
There is no 'chat'. You do NOT have a conversation with him and his mouth does not go to the words in your 'chat'.
They will say bad reception or some reason for not having a proper chat. Just seeing the man means as little as seeing him on a picture. FAKES... SCAMMER'S TRICKS

DeleteHallo, you didn't tell me before. I had asked this question for the first time yesterday. I know that the person is a scammer in Africa of course. And I know it wasn't the real man of the picture. But for me it is important to know if it was a picture of a died person. This would be more horrible. Thank you for your reponse. DeleteI thought it was fake; found the guy to be attractive. Out of curiosity I decided to say hello in a message. The guy responded. Stated he was in the military' overseas on a peace keeping mission; a Sergeant. I immediately stated I was not into bitcoin or sending people money. He laughed it off. Less than two weIeks later, I was more bold and stated that I don't do two things. I don't send sexy selfies; I don't send money. Coincendentally this individual said they needed a Steam card. I thought, "WTH is a Steam card." I didn't buy the Steam card; almost did but came to my senses. In the beginning of the introductions, this individual tried to get me to chat on a different site which I declined so we kept chatting on Instagram. After several days of lingering the idea that I would buy a Steam card, I finally closed the converesation as I found tons of the same images on socialcatfish.com
Those peacekeeping missions... the US Army is not on any but scammers love the term. They hunt online then get their victims on to one chat app... for ease of bulk scamming.

DeleteScams are carried out by teams, teams have sets of pictures. So you can often see the same face and it be completely different people.... thanks for searching and finding it is a scam if you are talking to these pictutes

DeleteYou are very right I think searching from the start is the answer to all of it but lots of people don’t have the money or credit cards to pay for social media searches that’s were the problem really starts. Cause I tried to research and I could never get my results unless I was to pay for them🙁 So I went about things another way and figured it out on my own. That’s how I deserved there are multiple accounts with pictures that are not legitimately him. Thanks for your time.
