I can guarantee he would not have been at Harrow College.... and he wouldn't put Duke of york !! Also.. he would have been to this school and Harrow at the same time...
The man has been very well documented as being used in Romance scams with many names for a long time. Even once as a Kelvin !
NO, HE ISN'T THE REAL ONE AND HIS PICTURES HAVE BEEN USED BY OTHERS.... if you are talking to this man's pictures.. you are being scammed.
