Now he calls himself Anthony Powell, he contacted me by instagram, he sent romantic messages daily, then we talked in hangouts and whatsapp his number is +17606593285. He tells you he's a widower, he's a surgeon, he works for the United Nations in Somalia, he lives in Los Angeles, California, he has a daughter named Ella who is 6 or 7. He asked me $ 400 for western union to come to visit me in Venezuela. Of course I did not send anything. He gave me this information for the transfer:

I to was being scammed with these pictures and was skyped using a video from You tube of Leon Pikor with his little girl, I was lead to believe the mic was broken.
Quite convincing and the man who phones you is very calm and has a nice voice, such a gentleman it seems. He found me on Tinder.
John Jones 55, from portobello in Ireland I was led to believe, a telecom engineer who had been sent by the UN to upgrade systems in Ghana. His little girl is 4 and wife died 3 years ago. He was supposed to be 7.4 million for this job and would retire and be with me forever. Lovely fairy story I was told, seemed such a sweetheart to, we had such plans. But I researched him and busted him, he got no money from me. I think he is called Onwudinjo Onyeka, either from Nigeria or Ghana. I only stopped conversations with him yesterday, but I quite miss our chats tbh. He is very charming.

Leon Pikor using scammers have been known to be ruthless and aggressive so she needs to be away from him.
We have a good record of being those 'hackers' who get the profiles closed. Actually, it's no hacking !! It's just FB reporting for being fake. !

Portobello is a small area of Dublin, the city Portabello is in Scotland. Maybe he is confused !

I am the daughter/sister to this person/person's. What he has done was make a personal FB page account for her and him , also I believe he has control of her FB account as I tried to help her and it it directed her FB to someone else's and won't let me log in on any device other than her phone . Our mother is in such denial thinking we are out to destroy his and her relationship as he told her and that we are setting him up.
ReplyDeleteI seen him on voice chat with a Nigerian voice and tried to say something he cut the chat off promptly. He is very good. The video very distorted.i need hard facts for her to believe us that we are not attempting to hurt her but help her from being a victim in which she is very deep of being one . We need serious help to help her see how much of a victim she is . Even with the facts we showed her she says we are just trying to ruin their relationship because we want to hurt her life and don't want her to be happy. He really has her played well. I thought my mother was smatter than this. I am in disbelief of how far she fell into such a trap.

Surely seeing the real man on all his Youtube videos.. you can't get more proof than that. Scammers are good especially with older women, they are harder to get them away., But we will help all we can.
This man has made a personal profile for just her and him . It gotten to a point where it's ruined the relationship between our mother and us because she does not believe us . I believe there is money laundering happening and he has a fake passport picture now I don't know what else to do doe her to stop all this .

It's something I don't understand but the older the woman the harder it is to get them away. ... and the more they turn on their family... it's a very sad situation and one that sometimes can never be fixed if it goes on too long.

She isn't getting his money, she will be receiving money from other women being scammed. The money mule for the scammers. How anyone can do that for someone they don't know I have no idea but she has to be got away from it before she gets into some serious trouble. Because it will happen.

He found me on the dating app “MeetMe”. He went by the name Paul Hen and Paul Hendrickson. He texted me from a number which appeared to be near the Kansas City area. Which made it more believable initially. He spoke with a sloppy British accent. Told me he was going to Dubai for work. Said he was an engineer. Spoke about his 7 year old daughter SARAH, and his wife he lost (used the widow card) Cheryl. I am a widow myself, so once he said he was a widow, I kinda dropped some of my safeguards. Thankfully he never asked me for money. He just kept texting and calling and said he wanted to meet me. I had a few little red flags, so I downloaded this website. I am so glad I did. I was more concerned with him stealing my photos, so I even uploaded my own photos to make sure he hadn’t stolen them.
So scary.
Anyway, I think Leon Pikor is the actual scammer. I think he is just trying to throw people off from him, by blaming the scamming on someone else. I never had a video, he promised one once he made it to Dubai. Said he would send me the link of the app to video.... another thing I’m glad I never got. But the man in the videos for Leon Pikor.... he sounds eerily similar less the slight British accent. I think he is the actual scammer. Is there any way we can get this guy arrested????

DeleteHi! This man is going by Sthepen (Steve) Leo Wells.A widower from England with his 10yo daughter, Lisa. He still have a FB account but deleted his Instagram profile after contacting me. He didn’t get me...I used google image reverse to find the the real Leon Pikor. I was so worried about him and specially the kids being so exposed but he was rude when I contacted him to say ( which I understand). I had no idea it happened over 100 times as he said. Somehow I am still wishing I could help him... it must be so hard to have your image violated like this. Using a child’s picture and abusing of vulnerable people to take advantage of them ... this is cruel! But you have to understand that Mr. Pikor and daughter is as victims as you are. Please be compationate of him. He seems to be a good man... just a little rough now after being burned out by these stupid scammers.

DeleteThis scammer and his friends are on a community called InterNations, where it is easier to report. In this community you interact generally with people you don't know, so I always check if someone asks to be my contact. When they start the communication with "I love your smile" and then say they are a widow, it is 100% fake! A quick image search and I found your website. I agree: report, report, report and get them removed.
