HOWEVER... SHE ISN'T... THIS IS A SCAMMER.
IT WILL STILL BE A MAN... IF ANYONE TELLS YOU THEY ARE FBI AND ARE INVESTIGATING SCAMMERS

''We sincerely apoligize for sending your this sensitive information by email instead of a certified mail, phone call or face to face conversation, it is due to the urgency and importance of the security information involve in the quest to cushion the effect of the global financial crisis, American government through the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) DC and the Internet Crime Complaint Centre. My name is Debbie Allen police officer working with the FBI and Interpol, i genuinely believe that there re still good people on the internet. I work with the FBI as a scam detective specially assigned to facebook which has become the recent scam site. I run an underground check up on suspicious people using the internet, feel free to ask me anything am here to help.''
BUT.... POOR ENGLISH AND GRAMMAR. POOR CAPITALISATION, AND 'am here'... VERY AFRICAN, THEY DO NOT PUT IT AS WE WOULD.
Do not be fooled. The FBI can't investigate scammers. It is up to the Africans to police their scammers and the FBI, SOCA or any other criminal investigation from any other country can do nothing.
THIS IS A SCAMMER.. THEY WILL ASK FOR MONEY TO INVESTIGATE SOMETHING FOR YOU. YOU WILL HAVE TO SEND IT VIA WESTERN UNION.
