AT THE TIME THIS WAS PART OF A VERY NASTY NIGERIAN GANG OF SCAMMERS. I BELIEVE THIS IS THE SAME GANG.. LAYOUT OF PROFILES AND USE OF FLOWERS IN THE HEADER IS THE SAME. 

It's a very unusual form he sends for the Marriage.. looks great... very old and real.

First of all there is NO such court as the Crown British High Court. There is either a Crown Court or the High Court of Justice. They are separate courts and the names are never combined.

Second, marriages are NOT registered through the High Court or Crown Court. 

Marriages are registered through your local council's Register Office in the council where you or your fiance legally reside.

Third, there is NO such thing as a Single-Ship Affadavit Form. The term "single -ship" does not exist in the UK. That's a fake form used in online romance scams.

both partners have to go together IN PERSON to your local Register Office to file for a marriage license IN PERSON. This cannot be done online. Both partners must bring the following documents with they go to the Register Office  

"When you go to the register office, you need to take proof of your name, age and nationality, eg your: passport birth certificate driving licence national identity card immigration status document  

You should bring at least 2 of these.The registrar will need something with your address on it, eg your driving licence or one of the following dated within the last 3 months: gas, water or electricity bill bank statement Council Tax bill"  

You also have to pay fee when you register.. IN PERSON TO THE REGISTRAR AND IT ISN'T A LARGE FEE.  

You cannot get married in the UK unless you have gone IN PERSON at least 15 days before the date of your marriage.

There are NO forms to be filled out and sent in online for any reason. Everything MUST be done in person with the required documentation or you are not allowed to marry

If you are not an EU or UK citizen, then YOU need to file a fiance visa with the British Embassy in YOUR country before you are allowed to travel to the UK. 

You have to contact your local British Embassy/High Commission for the proper application forms. Then once you arrive in the UK, you and your spouse both go to the Register Office (NOT any court) together to file for a license
