ALLEN IS DEPRESSED.... He does beg this one.... terribly. !! Goes on and on about needing money... he should go out on the street with a bowl like proper beggars do !
He is having phone problems... with the woman I have been speaking to he is an Officer on board a ship...it'll be a month before he gets back to... wherever you are ...
....and there are problems at home ! They need school supplies... he desperately needs $350 !! The children can't return to school in Florida because they haven't been able to afford the supplies for the new year !!

He is using (626) 346-7429 ... a California number... however they buy a 'Forwarding Number'... so they can phone from anywhere in the world and then it comes up to you as the number they have bought. Overseas businesses use them... but it has become a great scammer tool.
