This is a complicated romance scam where the Dr was in Turkey. Of course he fell in love and wanted to go to the victim but there werr problems with some equipment he had sold and other forms of payments needing to be made before they would allow him to leave.

OF COURSE HE WOULD PAY THE MONEY BACK (he had $2million in a fake bank account) but the account was frozen and he was going through Dubai airport so he would sort it out there ??!

The scam surrounded Equipment, installation and being detained in Turkey. Common stories.

Money went to LLoyd Ehojie and Leyton Ehojie. Also using Banks and Bitcoin Wallets.

The fake video call. Many say, but we say him move.. it iS him/her. NO IT IS NOT. A VIDEO CALL IS ALWAYS FAKED. The video is played on a laptop and filmed on a phone. You see the man move and see him speak. There is no 'chat'. You do NOT have a conversation with him and his mouth does not go to the words in your 'chat'. They will say bad reception or some reason for not having a proper chat. Just seeing the man means as little as seeing him on a picture. FAKES... SCAMMER'S TRICKS YOU WANT A PROPER 2 WAY CHAT YOU WOULD HAVE WITH FRIENDS OR FAMILY. YOU CA ASK THEM TO WAVE, PUT UP 3 FINGERS.. DO SOMETHING SILLY BUT THE MAIN THING IS 2 WAY CONVERSATION. THE MOUTH MOVING TO THE WORDS..... NOT A BAD AFRICAN VOICEOVER

'Commander'

After that he decided to confess and show his face....
