This is a complicated romance scam where the Dr was in Turkey. Of course he fell in love and wanted to go to the victim but there werr problems with some equipment he had sold and other forms of payments needing to be made before they would allow him to leave.
OF COURSE HE WOULD PAY THE MONEY BACK (he had $2million in a fake bank account) but the account was frozen and he was going through Dubai airport so he would sort it out there ??!
The scam surrounded Equipment, installation and being detained in Turkey. Common stories.
Money went to LLoyd Ehojie and Leyton Ehojie. Also using Banks and Bitcoin Wallets.

👍ALWAYS DO A REVERSE IMAGE SEARCH. THERE IS GOOGLE, TINEYE AND ON A COMPUTER, YANDEX . .There are free APPS for phone. Paid App Pimeyes is the best and you can still see they are using it for free!
