The story scammers are telling ! :

Roy Corker is in Security ! he is going between Germany and Libya.

SO ! this one isn't going too far from the common Scammer story... THEY ARE ACTIVELY HUNTING FOR WIDOWS... and verying very charming and attentive.. (WELL FOR THAT READ, CONTROLLING) .

Of course Roy wants to marry all his victims... and he has them in many different countries. It seems the African scammers (one is Ameer Umar) are working with some Indians too probably for older accounts. SEE THE FOLLOWERS IN THE ACCOUNTS.

Find you on Instagram and Tinder and get all victims.. (clients to scammers) on to Whatsapp

Now he says he works for the Secretary of State, (Minister of Foreign Affairs) .. which is where he has Googled and got the Nationality wrong. The Secretary of State and Minister for Foreign Affairs is not also flying around between war zones with a Military Security Detail organised by someone of the rank this man is. They are not the same job either. Each US State has a Secretary of State and the UK have Ministers. There is a messy jumble here.

Then like all SCAMMER LOVERS .. he wants to come and fly to you... wherever in the world you are.

THE MOST SERIOUS THING HERE ... he gives a 10 second phone call where his voice can't be heard properly.

REFUSES VIDEO CHAT.. and we ALL know why that is.

His pictures are on countless Dating sites right across the internet and SCAMMER says he knows,,he is aware his pictures were stolen to be used and is dealing with it.

You will see him in every different name!

He used to be a scammer's favourite before the newer and younger military started to be used.
