A woman had heard from a Joel Osteen and was asked to pay $3000 toward an 'Orphanage' but was promised money back if she did.. big money back. I can't find her original post now so I am hope she sees this one. The man in this is a Russian. Important in Russian government circles I think but I can't get the pages to translate so I can't get his name... although I have added a picture here.
