The real man in the picture is Brigadier General John O'Connor .. poor man very extensively used in Romance Scamming.

He says he is in the US Army, currently deployed to Afghanistan in Camp Eggers. (Camp Eggers was closed in 2014). He says he is a CW04

He will not tell you his APO address (for security reasons). 

He will not tell you his unit (for security reasons) 

and he will not tell you where he did his training (for security reasons), 

he will not tell you a military email address (for security reasons) 

.... yet he can put a profile on dating sites to contact women.

He will ask you to use : jasonoconnor40@gmail.com (well documented on romance scammers websites)

I have received contact form this fake, name was changed to John Jedidiah O'Connor but same photos. States he is in Syria on a Peacekeeping mission, soon to retire in 3 weeks. What a phony!!!!

Has a laptop with no camera and no way to speak to you directly - unless you get him an iphone. and when that didn't work he asked for itunes gift cards for a cell phone that he is supposedly not supposed to have. Total scam top to bottom...avoid like the plague. Even sent video of him singing lol.''

Claims to be David Smith Rodriguez since March 2016 to April 2018 Says stationed in Kuwait. Says Wife Died of Breast Cancer and has One little 12 year old Daughter named Linda in Buffaloe New York. Says he is ready for Retirement and is Coming Home before his Birthday April 30th to Marry me. Says he is 45 Years Old. He is Very Skilled at his Scam. Uses Many Different Money Scams. Saying he has to have Help paying for his Blood Pressure Medication in the U. S. Army which is 100.00 a month. Sends Videos of himself in an Airplane. And Videos of himself Singing and Playing Guitar. Claims to be an Honest True Godly Christian. He has Scammed me out of 1,900.00 just recently. And Thousands more over the past Two Years. He Won my Heart but Im Stomping his today after seeing and reading this site. BEWARE LADIES. .HE IS A REAL CHARMER.

Anyways, the fake one will say he has a "box" filled with jewels and funds that he needs to send to you for safe keeping. He is in Kabul, Af. No other communication except through fb and google hangouts, when hes "working" because of security. The google hangouts just says military base. Always to a reverse picture search through google. The fake guy, is truely a piece of crap. Plays in your emotions, fiancee died, parents died, his family didnt want to take him because of vendetas.
