AT THAT SCAM HE WAS IN NIGERIA AND AGAIN A SGT MAJOR...

He was in Chicago. He was then deployed to Nigeria ! for one month to help with intelligence and training. His money is tied up in the Nigerian Banking System (now you have to ask why?)... He needed money sent to him to come back and meet his victim so they can be together. (As the Army had flown him there but not back again).

I HAVE NO IDEA IF THIS WILL BE THE SAME..BUT IT IS A VERY UNUSUAL NAME.
