At first he needed the money for his Portfolio that was worth lots of money millions of dollars.
He showed me a photo of it. He asked for $5000.
The victim says smooth talking to the point you couldn’t resist.

He’s asked for more so $100 here and a $100 there.
Now he wanted more for his daughter education.
He couldn’t get any money to her because it was frozen bank accounts. (IMPOSSIBLE IN REAL LIFE)
Now he wants to come home and need another $5000.
I told him I couldn’t do it any more.
He promises to pay be back when you gets home.
He says he has 4 homes and 3 cars and showed me grand fathers birth certificate. (BUT HE HAS NO MONEY AND NEEDS TO BEG FROM A WOMAN HE HAS NEVER MET)
He said his grand father raised him. He too was a general. James J. Goddard was his name.
