Targeting Asian women with the name HUANG CHENG and using the stolen pictures of
Wayne Tera, a Taiwanese pilot.
At first he wants to pay for you to go visit him! Then some problems.. he needs money.
He sends a very fake Investment Document from Petronas where he is supposed to had made a $2million investment.
BUT he needs just a little help from YOU to pay the fees to get the money released.
OF COURSE .. there is no man, no investment and there is only a SCAM of the promise of great romance.
