Thank you for posting this! This is a big problem , it happens at least ten times a day to me. Someone is stealing my images and then using them to lure an unsuspecting woman into their trust. Always ask to face time them and they never will because it is a scam!! FBI, Police, private investigators have all been involved in this and it is becoming out of hand. I must have a face that these criminals like for scamming??? it is almost pointless to report them to the social media since socail media wont do a thing about this legitimate crime!! go figure. ok I am done. DeleteI know it is out of hand and I wish we could do more. One thing we do have is the ability to get fake accounts removed. yes! We know FB and IG allows them to be made again but well. We have a little pushback to them.
We also try to inform victims and just let them know it is not you.
You are so right... they will not video chat or! their favourite. The reception is bad!
