HE CLAIMS TO HAVE A FRIEND USING 'PACHECO'.. POSTED SEPARATELY.
HE CHANGES NAMES EASILY, EVEN TO HIS VICTIM'S NAME.
He is under Robert Hernandez on fb. His daughter name is Cynthia and is reporting for duty in Syria. Claims he lives in NYC and his boss/teammate/best friend is David James.
He's using hernandezrichard729@gmail.com email on grindr app. Same story. Army, lost parents in car crash.
Right now he is using the name Hernandez Fanelli. He has a lot of this soldier's pictures with only him or some with his little girl. Is there any way to inform the soldier of what is going on so he can take precautions?

he will give many excuses why he can't give you a @mail.mil email address and when he doesn't she has to believe the Army and not her scammer .

Yeah he tried to scam me this week as Daniel Hernandez on Instagram. I told all the women on the account and called him out and he has now deleted his account!

DeleteReally.. someone wants to get you to set up a bank account so they can launder their scam money and you become a money mule. You wonder if he is real???
When you are arrested for fraud maybe you will see that ALL who say miltary are fake and NOBODY would ask you for a new bank account or your details.

ReplyDeleteYou have no information that he can do anything about and he can do nothing about anything. There is nothing the scammer will have told you that will be the truth anyway.
DeleteIn truth he is not one I have talked to and could contact. However, the men should not be contacted. They have enough to deal with as it is.
My sister Tita had been talking to this scammer Philip Hernandez for 2 years and 4 months first she gave him her banking information he robbed her out of 5000 dollars he came up with the excuse that he didn’t do it he has been scamming a mentally Sick female taking full advantage he has stood her up at the airport 2 times she has sent him every time he has asked her now he wants 7000 to come to take care of her this is so wrong on so many levals now she is on life support because he has threatened to leave her if she didn’t send the money and 3 hundred dollars in ITunes cards he says he was deployed in Alaska and he needed money to come to be with her to take care of her we need to stop this scammer before someone get hurts like my sister got hurt he is using some captain against her please advice me on how to report this he has taken over 9000 from my sister she is disabled so she can easily be taken advantage of

They are not allowed to do it, they do not do it.
Also.. nobody in the military can tell a stranger where they are deployed.
